studio time at A.C. Moore

we recently took a field trip to the local A.C.Moore with our home school group. It was a fun afternoon for all. I like this store alot- tend to spend too much money- though I left here without spending anything-. . The kids where introduced to the hobby of scrap booking , its nice to learn new things and try different things to see what interests us .Even Adam had fun, after all what kid doesn';t like the chance to cut, glue and use stickers.

working hard, we had a brief tour of the scrapping section- very hard place for us mommas to visit and not want to shop. -.The kids each go to pick out some stickers for the projects they would make.

finished projects, and Shawn having a happy time watching all of the kids scrap away.

a group shot of all of us with our leader-Ms.Jamie- She was so fun and great with the kids. and I know a lot of moms where trying very hard to not get scrap happy while we where there:-)Madeline and Grace both left with an interest in doing their own scrapbooks at home, really all you need is a notebook some construction paper and clear page protectors.

What a fun trip. We don't have an A.C. Moore, but it looks similar to our Micheal's Craft Store.

What a fun store. I don't think we have one of those.

oh that looks like the kids had a good time :-) last summer my sister printed off stickers of our families faces and stuck them on magazine people's pics. That was fun. Good for you for being motivated even in the summer!!
