Of course you must first bring a couple of good bear stories to read aloud.
bring some yummy foods, we did hot dogs, and berry salad- a teddy's favorite and ice tea.
and of course invite your favorite teddy- or dino- to lunch on a beautiful day.
This was a great success even my 13 year old went along with it and had fun. I am so looking forward to more picnics and fun this summer with the kids. Time is slipping right by us and I am going to make the most of it while I can.

Looks like fun! I once did this with my daughter for her birthday. All her friends brought their favorite teddy bear. It was a fun day!!

I'm sure you will have a blast this summer!! We plan on having a great time, too. We school through the summer, but take breaks now and then!!

HOW SWEET! My Grandma took me to a Teddy Bear picnic every year. It was the highlight of my summers!
