All we need is Faith

All things are possible with Jesus. Walk in Faith and follow the saviour, and all will be well. We are building our kingdom for Christ and Christ alone.

When all seems lost or hopeless and we have lost our way all we need is faith in the lord he will pick us up dust us off and get us going on our way again.

Serenity Prayer

this is one of my favorite prayers and thoughts. So often we want to change everything, and we cannot. WE need to accept and let Jesus have control. And that means once we let him have control we have to stop fretting over the problem, and going back over it. We just have let it go.We as humans tend to be impatient and not want to wait for God to decide when things will happen we want to 'help'. And often we just prolong the issue longer then it need be.

So today I pray to know what I cannot control an to truly let Jesus have it. To free myself form worry and quilt. To find peace in the Lord who is in control .

Never Forget

Today is a day of reflection and prayer. We are going to a prayer service at the local county courthouse. Take time to day to remember , those who lost so much. And for our country, God Bless Us, we are the greatest nation on earth.






today remember those who are fighting for us , and those who are not with us any longer. The Marines above are one still in Iraq and wanted to show how they felt:-)Prayers for those families who will never forget those they lost.

Praising our Savior in Sand

While at the beach we walked to the sand sculpture, that is always there- it changes,but it is always a testimony to the Lord .My kids just set on the beach and looked at it for a long time, it just brings such peace over you . Honestly while at the ocean and walking the boardwalk, I feel a huge amount of sinful ways weighing on me- not all things are but a lot of it is-.and this just draws me to the Lord as I pray it does to many - some who may never have encountered him before.







the artist web site, I always am impressed when folks give their gifts to the Lord without question. How blessed they are, and how often do I question everything ? To have the faith to just go and do as we are called, is wondrous. I know I tend to be a doubting Thomas at times- as we all do-. and others I hesitate wondering if this is right or if its good ' for me' , those times when I just step in faith it all works for the good.


every time we go to the beach we make a special trip to see the latest creation and are always amazed- last time it was Moses parting the Red Sea-. The artist leaves free bibles and a collection jar for donations all alone on the beach for those who care to take one.

Blessed Asurance

I have fallen behind on our learning of hymns and verses, it is something we really enjoy. I love all the older hymns.So this week we are doing Blessed Assurance, we sang this at a praise service last night and it is sticking in my head. So I am guessing this is what the Lord would have us learn this week. To praise Him All the Day Long. Through trials, and triumphs, he is with us always and knows the plans he has for us and he is leading us onward.

prayers for Nicole

My cousin Nicole who is pictured above in the orange shirt with my kids at her recent birthday party- she is 20-. Was in the hospital yesterday she was having a hard time breathing and had severe chest pains, after some tests, they discovered she has a split in her sternum- the bone that connects your ribs-.they are sending her to a specialist. Not sure how serious this is but I am thinking its not a good thing, . So please keep her in your prayers, she is young and just beginning her adult life.
Also my Uncle who is very upset the hospital did a terrible job with her- left her in the waiting room for over 2 hours, with chest pains, and did not do an e.k.g, or anything .Today she goes to their family doctor to get the referrals for further tests.
I pray for comfort and peace and real answers to what is going on with her, and a treatment to heal her.
