A Blustery Day
We read The Blustery Day from the Classic tales of Winnie The Pooh, today was indeeed very blustery windy and chilly everything is blowing everywhere. It made for a snuggely day that pooh bear would love.
we also made banana nut muffins which smelled fabulous in the oven. so good with hot coco and a good book. around the woodstove
I so love the A.A. Milne Winnie the pooh collection- I like Disney too-, but the original is the classic:-)And with me being a bit on the gimpy side, this was a perfect day for this sort of thing.

Hi Sweet friend! I am so sorry to hear about your fall! I know first hand how you feel, having taken 2 bad falls in two years. Please know that I will pray for you and your healing. Just take it easy and don't overdo!! Elevate, elevate, elevate those ankles! And try icing them. Ice significantly reduces swelling even though it's painful at first. Just be sure to not apply ice directly to skin! I wrap a hand towel around it.
Your muffins sound so yummy! And I love Pooh Classics, too!
Blessings and HUGS,
Becky
Sorry! Double posted my comment somehow!!

Ooo....I love winnie and banana nut muffins. What a great snuggling day.
Wish I could bring you some home made chicken soup...it's even good for those who have taken a fall. Well, you planned it right Toni, you took a fall in Fall! Hopefully you will be all well soon.
Winnie the Pooh is too sweet and so laid back and enjoyable.
blessings and hugs,
marcy
sounds like a great day!
ha!That's exactly what I had in mind. Read the pooh bear book and making some spice bread. Haven't gotten around it, but it it good to see you do it. :)
